A record for one exercise

You count the repetitions yourself, then enter the number when the set is complete. An exercise name is optional. There is no Start step, exercise library or suggested workout to fill in first.

  1. Enter the completed count. Type the number and choose Record set, or press Enter in the repetitions field. The new set appears at the end of the list, and the entry clears for the next set.

  2. Review or correct a set. Choose Correct beside its recorded value. Save correction replaces that value in place; Cancel correction keeps it. Remove asks you to confirm the specific set before renumbering the remaining list.

  3. Finish when your record is complete. Resolve any pending entry, name change or correction first. Reopen session lets you continue the same record, including after a saved completed session reloads.

Uneven sets stay separate

Set count and total repetitions include recorded sets only.

Record 1–999 repetitions per set, with up to 100 current sets.

A correction replaces one set in place. Confirmed removal reduces the count and total.

Blank, zero, negative and fractional entries do not record a set. The maximum total is 99,900 repetitions. These are storage and input limits, not exercise recommendations. At capacity you can still correct a set; removing one frees a slot.

Record three sets

Record 12, 10 and 8: three sets, 30 repetitions.

Correct the middle set

Correct 10 to 9: three sets, 29 repetitions.

Remove the last set

Remove 8: two sets, 21 repetitions.

Continue the same record

Finish, reopen and add 6: three sets, 27 repetitions.

Check Saved before leaving

Recorded changes save in this browser when storage is available. Input drafts are not saved.

Recorded state and drafts

Record set, Save name and Save correction apply changes to the session. Typing alone changes neither the recorded totals nor the saved record. Reload restores the last verified recorded state and discards unfinished entry, name and correction text. A browser leave warning may help, but it is not guaranteed.

If saving fails

Not saved means the shown record has not been verified in browser storage. Keep the tab open, review the sets and use Retry saving or the offered recovery action. If saving is unavailable from the start, the session stays only in that tab and is lost on leaving or reloading.

One current session

New session asks before replacing the current sets and name. There is no archive, general Undo or file export. Clearing browser data or using a different browser can leave you without this record. There is no account or cloud copy.

One editing tab

Another open tab is read-only until you choose Take over editing. An editor opened before a session or authority change cannot silently change a newer record. Its draft stays visible so you can review it, cancel it and open a fresh edit.
